Oat IPA with a uses some experimental malts and brewing techniques to make a beer that has a juicy and sweet body and huge tropical and citrus hop aromas. This beer was born out of a few beers and a failed brew by our Head Brewer, Patrick, and Cellermen, Joey. That turned into last months “Disaster Artist.” Because we are our own critics, they called it a failure, but you all loved it. So, Patrick and Joey went back to the drawing board and gave another attempt to make what their goal really was. Let’s hope they don’t disappoint.
