Dan Walter, our Sales Analyst, loves himself a traditional German-style dark wheat beer – but they’re not easy to find around here – so we turned him loose on our pilot brewhouse to create his own. Like its more familiar cousin Hefeweizen, the yeast takes center stage and imparts fruity and spicy flavors to this copper-colored ale that pair well with sunshine and breakfast. 5.4% ABV.
