Brewer Series Apple Oat Ale Release

It’s a monthly tradition here at Karben4. EVERY third Thursday we tap a special, one of a kind, pilot batch. We let our brewers take their turn on the pilot system and create whatever there heart desires. We’ve release such beers as a Dunkel Bock, an Oat Ale, IPAs & a Peanut Butter Stout. We’re always excited to see what they’ve come up with.

Today’s Beer: We bring back a crowd favorite: Mounted Mischief – Apple Oat Ale – 5.6% ABV

This oat and apple ale was brewed with a horse’s favorite snacks in mind. Golden Promise Malt provides the strong and sweet, golden backbone while Golden Naked Oats add the roasty oaty-ness. We also threw in a little Chamomile tea, because why not?
