Our first take on a beer-wine hybrid.

“It takes a lot of good beer to make great wine” is a saying among wise winemakers. In the case of Camerlot, it took a lot of great Merlot juice to make an exemplary beer. Welcome to the world of beer-wine hybrids. This creation is indicative of a beer while constantly displaying the presence and personality of a Merlot. In one sip you will ride the velvety smooth waves of the oat ale that is the core of the experiment, and be tantalized with bursts of blueberry, blackberry, plum, and black cherry that are the deliciously refreshing soul of merlot. The finishing move is a light-handed dry hop addition of Hull Melon hops that proposes vague mists of honeydew melon and strawberry. A Votre Sante!
