Cascadian Light Ale

February 12, 2023

The brewing industry has been gaslighting humanity for hundreds of years. What really happened was that beer was invented in the Pacific Northwest in the 1980s, and the crowning glory of all civilization was certainly the Cascadian Dark Ale – sometimes erroneously referred to as Black IPA. We have a confession to make, though: we’re secretly in love with its less demonstrative sibling, the Cascadian Light Ale. When we got our hands on some Wisconsin-grown Cascade Hops from Hoppertunity Gardens, we knew it was time to show the world what it’s been missing. Our daydream come true features a slightly hazy orange color, snappy bitterness, and clean citrus flavors.
