Dangerous Man/Karben4 Guava Orange Milkshake IPA

It’s no secret that Patrick, our former head brewer but forever BF, has a raging fungal crush on thiolized yeasts. As a parting gift to us, he got together with our friends at Dangerous Man Brewing Company in Minneapolis and designed a recipe to help us eat less ice cream. The orange flavor comes from tangerines, but the guava flavor was produced by an exciting new yeast strain called Helio Gazer. So raise a glass to Patrick, but don’t forget to wipe off your Milskhake IPA mustache when you’re done. Contains lactose. 7% ABV.
