Hurihanga Pilsner
We got our hands on some hop samples from Hop Revolution New Zealand and figured they’d play nicely with a crisp Pilsner. Nothing too fancy here: this beer is all about the science of using something we know to better understand something new. Late-harvested Nelson Sauvin hops impart the aroma of sauvignon blanc grapes, while a blend of four other New Zealand hop varieties add tasteful layers of tropical fruit. 5%
