In honor of breast cancer awareness month, we pulled out all the hype stops for this beer – Pink Boots Blend hops, thiolized Helio Gazer yeast, double dry hopping, Phantasm powder – and added two additions of hibiscus for a subtle tartness and a not-so-subtle pink color. Brewed by Aly, our taproom manager and a breast cancer survivor, the real twist is that the beer is only 4.5% ABV. That’s not easy to pull off with a hazy IPA, but anything is possible at Karben4.
